How long does my order take to ship?

Once the order is placed, an email will be sent to confirm the purchase. We ship our packages once a week. Once your package leaves our workshop, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Orders will not be delivered on weekends or public holidays.

REFUND POLICY

Unfortunately, as every piece is one of a kind, we don’t offer refunds for change of mind purchases, so please make your selection carefully.

If your product arrives damaged, Kalyss will be responsible for and cover the shipping costs incurred in returning the products if the return is due to our mistake. We will only refund to the credit card that was used to place the order; this is to prevent fraud.

The refund will occur once we have received and reviewed your returned product. Depending on your bank, the transaction usually takes between 3 and 5 working days.
